N. Marcella McCullough

Founder & President

Marcella McCullough, the visionary founder and president of Ja’Ora LLC, brings over three decades of diversified experience across several industries. Her journey has seen her ascend through positions of increasing responsibility at notable companies such as Gibson Guitar, Nortel, GM’s Saturn division, Delphi, Ford Motor Company, and Nissan Group of the Americas.

Throughout her illustrious career, Marcella has honed her business acumen through extensive work in purchasing, program management, product sales, and supplier diversity development. Her expertise spans the automotive, telecommunications, and music industries, making her a formidable force in the field. Known for her relentless drive to achieve results, Marcella excels in building strong supplier relationships and fostering trust, which has been pivotal to her success.

In addition to her professional achievements, Marcella is a resolute mentor, coaching diverse and small businesses in ability building. She advocates for strategies such as teaming, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, helping businesses navigate complex landscapes with confidence. Her guiding principle, “keep your commitment,” underscores her commitment to excellence and team building.  In addition, she previously served on the board of directors for the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council (SRMSDC) and supported many non-profit organizations.

Marcella’s academic credentials include a master’s degree in organization management and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
